We recently completed a remodelling and extension to our property with Fortis Construction Ltd and we are extremely pleased with their work and we can’t praise them highly enough.  From the moment we started the process with the project bid to the completion of the final snag list, Fortis remained totally professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.  So often you can meet builders who have that “ooohh dear, we’ve found a problem …. it’ll cost xxxx”, but Fortis did not do that at any stage, any challenges they met head-on with a positive attitude and a quick resolution.  They were always very sympathetic to our neighbours, who appreciated their helpful and friendly attitude.  They were always at work on-time, and always kept a well-planned programme, and a tidy end-of-day finish.  They were extremely focused on quality and detail, and their work is faultless, and their attitude was magnificent.  We really enjoyed having them on our project, and they exceeded all of our expectations, whilst staying within our budget.

The work often involved a number of sub-contractors being on-site at any one time, along with our permanent team of 3, so at times the house was chaotic, but they all knew their tasks and worked together seamlessly to achieve the end result.  Their building work and finishing was meticulous and we could not be happier with the end result.  Outside and in, we have a spectacular new home.

We would happily recommend Fortis Construction to anyone embarking on a building project, however big or small.  You could not make a better choice.
